When you first install VeriSync in your TikTok Shop, you'll be asked to select authorization duration (aka.how long our app can access information on your TikTok Shop). This access allows VeriSync to sync your product, order, and inventory information between platforms. Once that access period expires, VeriSync can no longer access information on your TikTok Shop. To keep us sing VeriSync for syncing between platforms, you'll have to re-authorize VeriSync app in TikTokShop Seller Center.

How to renew app authorization for VeriSync?

Sign in to your TikTok Shop Seller Center, go to Growth -&gt; App &amp;Services

Click Apps on the top of the page. It will show you all the apps you've already installed.

Find Verisync for Shopify in the list, then click 'Renew'.

After clicking Authorize, it will take you to the renewal page for app authorization. 

Hit 'Confirm to install' to complete the installation. We highly recommend selecting 'unlimited authorization'to avoid any future hassles.

Once it's finished, you'll see a confirmation that your TikTok Shop reauthorization for VeriSync is complete. Congratulations!
