List your products on TikTok Shop with ease using these time-saving features of ShoppeDance VeriSync:

After being connected with both TikTok Shop and eCommerce platform, VeriSync will pull the product lists from both platforms and compare two product lists to recognize overlapped products based on SKU ID. With this function, you can auto map existing products between TikTok Shop and eCommerce platform - so they don't need to worry about product links being expired due to PID changes, which would really be a mess. You can also bulk sync products and bulk edit category-based required attributes.

Highlights:

To ensure successful mapping between eCommerce platform and TikTok Shop, you can group all the products in the same category in eCommerce platform. (e.g. in Shopify, the category called "Product type." ) By doing this, you can then easily map the eCommerce platform category/product type with the corresponding category in TikTok Shop. This alignment will help streamline the synchronization and avoid mapping issues.

Before you start syncing, go to "Products" and you can preview "Products on XXX(eCommerce platform) & TTS", "Products on XXX(eCommerce platform)", and "Unmapped products on TTS". You can click "Edit" to go to the product detail page. (e.g. in Shopify)

For now, TikTok Shop requires every product to have weight, length, width, and height values so that a better customer experience is guaranteed. For the same reason, a size chart is required for the products under the clothing category, and product certification files are required for some products under certain categories. If these required fields are missing, the products are unable to be synced automatically to the TikTok Shop store. (Imagine you upload the same product manually from TikTok Seller Center and can not pass the checklist to submit the product).

Even though TikTok Shop has these strict requirements on product information, you may not have this information on your eCommerce platform store admins, or you even can not edit some product fields information, such as product height on eCommerce platform.

This is why we have added the Add required product fields feature in the ShoppeDance VeriSync app.

Go to "Products on XXX(eCommerce platform)" and click "Sync" to sync one product from eCommerce platform to TikTok Shop.

One of the key steps is to create the mapping relationship of categories between eCommerce platform Store and TikTok Shop. ShoppeDance has already pulled out all the categories from your eCommerce platform for you. Please manually choose the categories on TikTok Shop to complete the mapping.

In TikTok Shop, there are several requirements for publishing products, including specifying attributes like product certification for electronic categories. To simplify this process, we offer the "Set category rules" feature.

By setting category rules, you can apply them to all products within a specific category. This avoids the need to individually set TikTok attributes for each product, streamlining the product publishing experience on TikTok Shop.

You can also edit product attributes for each product on the product detail page.

You then need to go to "Settings" to set up sync rules which will be applied to all product information by default when syncing products from eCommerce platform to TikTok Shop.You also have the option to make individual changes on the product detail page for each specific product.

You have the flexibility to establish custom price sync rules and inventory sync rules, allowing you to use different prices, inventory, and carriers for products on eCommerce platform and TikTok Shop.

TikTok Shop requires shipping information for each product, you can set default shipping information on this settings page to avoid the need to individually shipping information for each product, streamlining the product publishing experience on TikTok Shop.

You are now able to sync products from eCommerce platform to TikTok Shop effortlessly. If you already have products listed on TikTok Shop, you can utilize the Auto Map feature to assist you with the synchronization process.

You can bulk sync products at one time by clicking "Sync selected products" at the bottom after selecting multiple products.

If you have products already uploaded from TikTok Shop Seller Center and want to manage all orders from TikTok Shop on your eCommerce platform store, use the "Auto map" feature now.

Our app will import products from your TikTok Shop. After importing successfully, you will see a separate tab called Unmapped products from TTS. This tab shows you all the products uploaded from TikTok Shop Seller Center.

When you click "Auto map", our app will automatically link the products listed on your TikTok Shop and eCommerce platform stores. We will link the TikTok Shop products which have the exact same SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) numbers and values as eCommerce platform products.

If two products are mapped together, our app will regard them as the same product. This will have the following effects on your product and orders.

When you edit the price and inventory of the linked products on your eCommerce platform stores, they will be updated automatically to TikTok Shop's mapped products.

When orders generated with the mapped products on TikTok Shop, the same orders will be synced back to your eCommerce platform stores. Our app creates orders on eCommerce platform stores for those products that are mapped to the TikTok Shop's products.

Go to "Products" and you can easily search by product name. You can also filter products based on product type, product status, or sync status on eCommerce platform and TikTok Shop.

You have the option to establish price sync rules and customize prices for individual products on the product detail page when syncing from eCommerce platform to TikTok Shop.

If you want to set up price sync rules, go to "Settings" to select synchronization at a product's original price, compare-at price, or a specified percentage above or below the original price on TikTok Shop.

You can also edit product custom price for each product on the product detail page.

We understand your need to customize certain product titles and descriptions. Don't worry, this feature is on the way and is expected to be ready by the end of September!

Go to "Products" and click "Edit" to enter the product detail page to activate or deactivate the product.
